「STAFF was outstanding, Laura the intern could not have been more helpful, Jennifer, Joan and Joseph were wonderful. Having the Inn's fully loaded Lincoln Navigator for 6 of us to get to town and the bikes were handy too. Coffee downstairs every morning until restaurant opended very handy. Only thought was a small refrigerator would be nice.」

「Very nice hotel! It’s in a beautiful area and convenient as well. 15 min to Niagara on the lake to the north and 10 min to the falls south. We stayed in a suit which was very pretty, bathroom was large, had an espresso machine, fridge with wine, beer and sparkling water for a fee. We also enjoyed the lounge, food was delicious! Outdoor patio is very nice as well. Staff is very friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend 」

「Due to the emergency matter I was not able to check in the hotel but I was charged double times for the room rate. I understand the pre payment won’t be refunded if I failed check in but I don’t think they could charge me double times. I contacted them and never got anything back. 」

Parking fee, ( more expensive than public parking) deposit fee for nothing, and even clean fee after you check out. Very stupid rule and terrible service.
