「Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.」

「Ants everywhere in the room and we did not have food or snacks in there.. suitcases, bathroom. We alerted staff on this and they tried to blame us for it. Me and a friend in an entirely different room had the same issue. When I got back to the states, my house was infected with ants. Other than that, the breakfast was great, and dinner was OK.
