It is a FULLY FURNISHED 2-bedroom, 2 bathrooms, over 900 sq. ft. single-family home with a very rare completely enclosed private yard with a deck, patio seating for 6-8 people and barbecue. All the furniture is brand new including the mattresses. The Master bedroom features a king-size bed with TV, the second bedroom has queen-size bed with TV and both bedrooms have large closets for storage. Comfortable living room which features a nice space to lounge and an island which seats up to 4 people. FULLY EQUIPPED brand-new kitchen with all new cabinetry, countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. Dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware, Keurig, and all appliances, large and small. We supply a beach trolley, beach chairs and an umbrella. Enjoy your morning coffee in the sunshine on our front porch, or on the deck in our beautifully treed yard!
We have room at the cottage to comfortably park three to four vehicles. The cottage is located on a quiet street, but only a few steps away from the fun! Just a 3-minute walk from the cottage, is the famous Caddy’s on the Beach with indoor and outdoor dining, bars on multiple levels, chair rentals, full menu beachside, drink service, cabanas and beach games. Right across the street from Caddy’s, and only a two-minute walk from the cottage, is Ka’ Tiki, a locals’ favorite in a massive tiki hut with indoor and outdoor seating, bar food, drinks and great live music 7 days a week!
Additionally, within a 15-minute walk, or short drive, are other restaurants like Sea Dog, and Shrimpy’ s with beautiful views of the intracoastal waterway. There is a Publix grocery store a mile away and too many great restaurants and shops to mention in St. Pete Beach which is a five - minute drive from the cottage. We are a short drive to downtown St. Petersburg, home of the Tampa Bay Rays, multiple museums and galleries, fine dining, pubs, breweries, a lot of live music and many festivals. North of us, only 5–10-minute drive, is John’s Pass in Madeira Beach where you can find all sorts of water sports, shops, restaurants, and fish markets. Two blocks away from the cottage you can hop on the Suncoast Beach Trolley that runs from Treasure Island all the way to Clearwater Beach!
