Pelican Cottage on 12th – Waterfront Views, Open Lanai & Walk to Indian Rocks Beach
Pelican Cottage on 12th is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom intercoastal waterway home that accommodates 6 guests. Catch up on your R&R at this one-level spacious home. Everything you need to enjoy your days inside or outdoors! The view of the intercoastal waters, watching for the dolphins to appear, catching breathtaking sunrises and sunsets all from your backyard. Take your favorite beverage out to the dock and lounge in the Florida sunshine. The beach is just a short walk from this property, so get ready to sink your toes into the beautiful sands of Indian Rocks Beach!!
**Attention: September 10th, 2025, Pinellas County began an important beach nourishment project. The project is scheduled out per each City and they have listed open and closed beach access points while they work on the project. For open accesses, please visit: Pinellas.gov/projects/2025-pinellas-county-beach-nourishment-project/
Their projected dates are as follows:
Indian Rocks Beach: October – December 2025
Please understand that this schedule is out of our control and that noise can be expected while work is ongoing. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this causes, and we appreciate your understanding as the county helps to improve our beaches after the 2024 hurricanes.**
Kitchen: Stainless steel refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, 2-slice toaster, blender, coffee maker, knife block, and ceiling fan. Basic dishes, cookware, and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available
Dining Room: Table with 6 chairs, 2 ceiling fans, pass-thru window to the kitchen, door to the outdoor area
Living Room: Sofa, 2 chairs, coffee table, 2 end tables, TV and console table, ceiling fan
Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a King-size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, blanket ladder, TV, ceiling fan, a luggage rack, a Graco pack-n-play, and an en-suite bathroom
Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Single vanity and step-in shower.
Bedroom #2: (2) Full-size beds, nightstand, small bench, ceiling fan, TV, and a luggage rack
Bathroom #2: Single vanity, tub/shower combination
Garage: Washer & dryer
Outdoor Area: 2 Adirondack chairs, resort-style seating area w/ sofa and 2 chairs, coffee table, large picnic-style dining table with benches, and dock

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping inside the rental or on the property grounds. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Docking of a boat or any other watercraft is not permitted at this property.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: This property allows 2-3 parking spots depending on the size of the vehicles. There is no street parking.

This home is only a couple of blocks from a convenience grocery store and excellent cafes like Grove Surf Cafe and Indian Rocks Cafe. Only 2 blocks away from a playground, park, and kayak launch, and a quick drive to Splash Harbour Water Park! The beach trolley stops at 12th and Gulf, making traveling a breeze from beautiful Clearwater down to St. John's Pass. The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and Downtown Disney is just two hours away.
