Great layout and water views!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at our favorite area and condoin Florida! Nicely decorated, clean unit! And when we had a question or issue with the thermostat or TV, Eric was very responsive and helpful! Thanks again Eric! Great guy!

Perfect room for our stay

This was a perfect condo for our family to stay in for the week. The kids loved the pool and the beach was a very short walk. Lots of stuff to do for all ages.

We stayed 7 nights at the Palms. We had a great family vacation. It is an excellent location, grocery and liquor next door. Pool and hot tub on the premises. Beach right across the street with bars and restaurants within walking distance. Everything went smoothly and we would stay there again.

Very nice clean condo. Beautiful view. We enjoyed our stay very Much and hope to stay there again. Plenty of towels if needed. Comfortable bed. Just wish they would leave more than 1 roll of toilet paper and paper towels. But overall perfect place To stay and great location.

Nice area, within walking distance to just about everything. TVs could be bigger but did the job. Could use a printed out channel guide. Overall clean but cleaning people could dust. Would come back

lovely condo with nice view

The condo was clean. The building sits in a very central place. We loved the view from the balcony!! Only problem was the super uncomfortable pull out couch that was lacking sheets. We were able to get into another unit to have some, but I wouldn't plan for a family of 6 to stay here if your kids are older. Overall a great place to stay!

Overall great but come prepared

Overall The property was clean, great stocked kitchen, wonderful balcony, pool area, and good location right next door to Publix and across from the beach. BEWARE the beds and pillows are awful!!! Wish we had brought a memory foam pad for mattress and our own pillows!! Only other issue was the dryer took several runs to dry, but I didn’t mind that as much as my stiff neck.

Nice location but things inside need to be fixed like shower door was broke and would not close.

We found out the place is up for sell. It was hard getting room code from owner. Shower door broke outside deck door hard to open.

Ceiling fan in BR by the LR does not work. We all wished that it work. Appears it just needs a chain replaced. Clean and comfortable.

Nice clean condo

We had a nice vacation at the Palms! The condo was clean, spacious and very quiet. I was worried being by the elevator but I never heard it or anyone out in the hallway. It was just me and my toddler so we had plenty of room. He loved eating on the deck and watching the boats go by. The location was so convenient to the beach and the grocery store was right next door. I rent a wagon and some kids beach items which made it easy getting to the beach. The beach boardwalk is a great spot for a nice walk with a stroller. The check in, check out and all communications with iTrip were seemless. They answered my texts within minutes. The pool and hot tub were very clean. There were always chairs available near the pool. The only recommendation I have would be to get black out curtains for the master bedroom. We will defiantly come back to the Palms condo again.

Great location & management

We had a very nice stay at the Palms of Treasure Island. We had a week of beautiful weather which always helps! Our check in, check out and all communications with iTrip were seemless. The location of the Palms is great - nice view on the bay (often saw dolphins), easy walk to the beach and many restaurants. The parking garage was nice, never had a problem finding a space. The pool and pool area were great, comfortable chairs always available. The unit itself had kind of a strange layout. The master bedroom had a view of the exterior of the stairwell, and light that illuminated the room all night through the blinds. The jets in the en-suite tub were covered with mold. While the 2nd bedroom had a slider onto the balcony with the view, but had to use the bathroom down the hall. Both toilets had a sign that said they were slow to fill. They don’t actually fill slowly, but delayed and loudly about 1/2 hour after flushing. The beds were comfortable. The living area was small and not very comfortable, even with just 3 of us. The TV was small. There was no place to do a puzzle or play a game (things we brought, none in the unit). The kitchen was mostly well appointed, and had nice pans, and the blender worked well. It would have been nice to have at least salt & pepper. The counter with stools is the only place to sit and eat inside, and is very narrow. Because the weather was so nice we were able to eat mostly out on the balcony table. The table and chairs on the balcony were very worn and wobbly. The lounge chairs out there were nice & comfortable, but it would have been nice to have a little table with them. The balcony was large and a favorite part of our stay.

Nice condo and good location

The condo was nice and clean. The building, room and pool area were secure with door/gate access codes. The space is comfortable for 4-5 people. Great view of the intercostal waterway. Pool and hot tub were clean as was the area around the pool. Easy walk across the street to the beach.

Outstanding view!

Our family rented 4 different units at the Palms of Treasure Island and everyone agreed that this unit has the best layout and view. I loved being in the Bayside and being on the 1st floor. So convenient!
