Amazing!!

This was our second time staying here and we could not have been happier!! The views are beautiful, the space is clean, beautiful, and spacious, and the beach is amazing!! Access to the pool and beach is simple and both are wonderful. Could not recommend this place enough!!!

Perfect Beach Condo

The condo had everything needed for a beach vacation. There were plenty of towels, including for the beach (thank you!), the kitchen was very well stocked, and the storage closet by the pool had more than enough and toys to enjoy. The location was great, too - steps from the beach via the stairs to the pool area and walking distance to several restaurants and coffee shops. We would definitely stay here again!

An excellent stay at this beautiful property location. Steps away from the beach made it the utmost enjoyable vacation with friends. We loved our stay in this unit! The proximity to the beach and pool being steps away made it perfect for our group ranging from 5 years old to 70 years old. There were several restaurants within walking distance. The management were quick to respond to the 2 issues we encountered during our stay.

Perfect Family Vaction.

The condo is beautiful and nicely decorated. The bunk beds were perfect for our boys. It was convenient being directly on the beach. It could a few new pans in the kitchen.

Geat place in a great town.

The first thing we noticed walking in the door was that the view matched their picture perfectly. It was a great stay i a large, comfortable apartment. It's well equipped, we didn't miss anything from home. The pool is very nice, access to the beach is delightful. This was our second stay in Indian Rocks Beach and it will probably be our retirement favorite when that comes in a few years.

Very comfortable condo on the beach

We enjoyed our time on the beach front condo with a pool. It very spacious and well equipped. My daughter’s and grandchildren loved that in addition to having the beach we also had the pool to enjoy. We have re-booked the condo for 2022.

Beautiful view

The checking process was smooth and the property and the view were amazing! We loved the condo. The only very minor thing I would say is they have carpet in the bedrooms which is impossible to keep clean with a place right on the beach. Wonderful place and we would definitely stay again!

Very nice, well stocked, beautiful view. I liked that it was just 4 units not a big high rise building. Beach is nice and right outside the unit. Pool is warm. Would definitely return

This unit was very spacious and the perfect location in Indian Rocks Beach. Our TV went out at 9:30 pm and We called to leave a message, but to our surprise Bill answered and took care of it right away. I cannot wait to come back again next year.

Absolutely loved the area

This was our first time to Indian Rocks Beach. We rented the condo blindly without knowing the area. I was very impressed with the accurate descriptions on the property details. I would highly recommend this unit and would absolutely rent it again. Very comfortable for a family of 6.

Wonderful place to stay!

We come to this beach every year, but this is the first time ever staying here and we loved it!! The condo was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The house is generously stocked with beach needs and having the pool in such a small building is wonderful. The only downfall was the parking clearance as we were in a large rental van and could not park under the building due to the sprinkler covers. Other than that, we loved the stay and the super short walk to the beach!

A slice of PARADISE!!

We stayed mid-April (2022) and had a fantastic time!! The unit is located on a beautiful stretch of IRB. It is well furnished, clean, and includes all kinds of beach surprises in the unit specific storage area near the pool. There you will find Tommy Bahama beach chairs, pool floats and toys, boogie boards for the ocean, several fishing poles and more! The owners/property managers are fantastic to work with and very very responsive!! We loved our stay and will definitely be back!!!

A Great Two Weeks

We stayed at this condo for two weeks. 4 adults and 2 children fit perfectly. The master bedroom had plenty of room of our 6-month-old's travel crib. You cannot beat the view from this condo. Beautiful sunsets every night. Unit was clean and location was quiet. It had a fully stocked kitchen and the storage unit by the pool had a lot of beach toys that my 3-year-old loved. We really enjoyed our time here and would stay again.

Outstanding beach front location-great property management

We were the first family to stay in the unit after the restrictions were lifted due to COVID-19. Property manager was terrific in providing information as situation was changing and was flexible as needed. Unit is right on the gulf with beautiful views, wide beach and additional parking available on street next to building. Pool side storage area is very convenient. No elevator in building so carrying a cooler up and down to beach could be a challenge. Loved the unit, building and property management team. Will definitely be back!
