Turtle Path on Pinecrest

Turtle Path on Pinecrest is a 3-bedroom, 2 2-bathroom home that can accommodate 6 guests. This property has amenities for everyone! The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and each bedroom sleeps 2 and has a TV. The living area is open and leads out to the backyard oasis where you feel like you're in the Florida wilderness! You're able to grill out, sit, and relax by the fire pit area. There is a tree swing and a turtle paver pathway to the Kids Cave air-conditioned shed where you will find a futon, beanbag chairs, and a TV. The garage is also set up with vacation and relaxation in mind with a Foosball table, Air Hockey, and an Arcade game. Two adult bikes and a tandem Bike. Pack up the beach equipment and plan a day at Indian Rocks Beach.

Kitchen: Granite countertops, stainless steel ice/water refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, countertop ice maker, Keurig, toaster oven, Instant Pot, waffle maker, blender, and 2 counter chairs. Basic dishes and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.

Dining Area: Table w/ 4 chairs.

Living Room: Sofa, chair, coffee table, end table, TV w/console table, bookshelf, ceiling fan, and sliding doors to the yard.

Bedroom #1: Queen-size bed, dresser, bench, nightstand table, TV, ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom.

Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Step-in shower and single vanity sink. No tub.

Bedroom #2: Queen-size bed, nightstand table, TV, and ceiling fan.

Bathroom #2: Tub/shower combination and single vanity sink.

Bedroom #3: Twin trundle bed, TV, bench, nightstand table, and ceiling fan.

Garage: Washer & dryer, 2 adult bikes, tandem bike, foosball table, arcade video game, air hockey, and ceiling fan. Provided beach equipment includes 4 beach chairs, a cart, an umbrella, and a cooler.

Outdoors: Covered patio area w/ surfboard light fixture, loveseat, chair and ottoman, coffee table, corn hole, tree swing, grilling area with picnic table, fire pit area with 6 chairs, turtle pavers leading to Kids Cave that has a futon, bean bag chairs, TV, and air conditioner.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Parking: This property provides 3-4 parking spaces depending on the size of the vehicles. No grass or street parking.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
