「Room was so clean and comfortable. Loved the rustic grounds with the beautiful native flora and flauna. Management was very accommodating and kind. Location was perfect for waling any direction for ex excellent restaurants, shopping and being part of the island. Will definitely go back.」

「Being right on Duval Street if city noise bothers you you might want to stay a block or two off Duval. But if you want all the action then this place is fantastic. Staff is great and the room was nicely appointed and very comfortable.」

「It was the perfect hotel. There was a shuttle to the airport and to the downtown which we used every day. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was wonderful. The pool area was fantastic. There is a tiki hut bar restaurant that we ate at multiple times. I could not recommend it enough.」

The facilities are outdated, and the room I was given initially had a very small balcony with a broken balcony door that wouldn’t close properly—possibly due to humidity and poor maintenance. I booked a “sea view room with balcony” online, but the balcony was tiny, there was no sea view at all, and the door was broken. When I requested to cancel the booking upon check-in, the hotel refused. They offered to change my room but only to one...
