「Location is good, just opposite the shopping mall, got many restaurants there!」

「Property is showing its age and needs better cleaning. The first room I was given smelled so bad I could not stay in it. The second one was fine. It was my first stay at a Premier hotel and I was expecting more.」

「Parking is not on site and this was not explained at check in. (We later saw a sign outside, but were quite confused about it on arrival.)」

「Overall, good value for money. The family room we stayed in was a little dusty, and the hot water didn’t work in the basin, but that was all. The breakfast was good for the price, and the staff were helpful and friendly. My child left her jacket in the lobby, and the staff kindly found it and brought it to our room the next day, which was greatly appreciated. We were also pleased with the parking. Recommended for anyone travelling with a budget.」

「I have stayed at this location several times and found the staff to be exceptional. Food quality was good and we enjoyed drinks from the bar. The only issue is the public parking which I found confusing to my expense. The manager as well as Kelly and Sahar were helpful and friendly.」
