"The room was kind of dirty and looked rundown. We had towels stocked but no washcloths. We got some from the office and she was going to let housekeeping know about the oversight. Location was great for our needs. And the staff was really friendly. We stay at Super 8 alot. And, if the room had been clean, for the price I would have recommended it. But I won't stay here again. "

"We were in town volunteering at Lions Camp clean up day in Kerrville as a group of four friends. The property and amenities are wonderful. Our 2 bed, 2 bath condo was perfect. Clean and bright, quiet with a private balcony where we enjoyed a beautiful sunrise. The kitchen is well stocked, pool towels and extra pillows/bedding were handy. We enjoyed the wine tasting in the community/game room and the pool area is beautiful with views of the Hill Country. I highly recommend going to the Star Gazing party too! Just one thing that kept me giving 5 stars is the time share presentation after check in. We arrived after a 7 hour drive at 9:30pm and the last thing anyone wants to do is answer questions about why you’re here, who is staying with you or “are you married?”. I feel there are better ways to approach this with guests."

"Sheets were dirty or stained so I asked for new ones, the door would not close and lock very easily, key had to be scanned several times before working, breakfast items that should’ve been hit weren’t even lukewarm. Afternoon and night staff were very friendly. "
