「The hotel doesn’t have an elevator. I stayed on the first floor. Actually, there is a corridor between the first floor and the carpark with a few steps only. However, the receptionist didn’t told me about that. She simply told me to carry the luggages through the normal entrance and go up one floor “ONLY” . No help had been offered and she clearly knew I got a car. Nowadays, it is not usual asking the lady customers to carry the luggages going upstairs 」

「Conveniently located in centre of town. Large room & comfortable beds. Food was reasonable although vegetables very 'al dente' and even when we asked for them to be cooked softer they returned just as 'hard' Not everyone likes their veg served in this way!!! Parking was also an issue. My aunt has a disabled blue badge yet we could not get a guaranteed parking place in the hotel car park for the first night. Had to leave the car in a public car park down the road. Not ideal as she uses a rollator...
