"Very quiet, clean, and manager Max at the front desk is very nice and helpful during your stay and stays for Cleveland Clinic, he helps w/hospital schedules and free parking so if your not certain about these things and book online he is very helpful and knowledgeable. No drifters are hanging around the property. The manager is very adamant about keeping their visitors/stays safe."
