“The tub is hard to get in and the plastic door above the tub is uneasy to shut, therefore it leaks. The condition is excellent.”

“這間酒店是沒有冷氣設備，只提供風扇，夏天可能會有一點熱。 早上酒店樓下會有清潔人員用機械掃地，會有一點聲響，可能會影響休息。 如果你想去 University of Northampton 的話，地點是一流，酒店位於大學內，十分方便。步行前往 Northampton 市中心大概 15分鐘，也是十分方便。”

“Nice breakfast, parking is a tight for the number of rooms but ok if you arrive for a early check in.Speaking of the check in it states a time 12 noon but this is not correct,we arrived at 1pm only to be told that is to early but our room was ready so no problem for us and able to park ok.”

“I was not there for business.However if 10 stars were availble for each section of feedback ,i would award them.Iwas impressed with every aspect.The staff were superb.I spoke to other guests and they were full of praise for the staff and all facilities.l didn t want to laeve as it was so comfotable and welcoming.Totally brilliant.”

“Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending 15 mins at the Spa.. Went to the Spa next morning, only to find out the Spa was closed the whole day due to "maintenance"! Complained to the front desk when checked-out, and the lady said "well,……
