“The Brownwood hotel is a clean and comfortable choice when staying for a short stay at the Villages. Be aware they automatically add a $75 charge to your credit card when you check in for "incidental expenses"...When you go to check out and have not used the money for any charges you are told "it will fall away from you credit card". When asked for a receipt showing that such charges were refunded to my credit card I was NOT given a receipt and told if I wanted one I would have to wait for the……

“This is a two bedroom apartment style rental. It’s located in a great area close to all amenities and activities. The villages has to offer. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the privacy, easy access, and space that this rental offered. My mom and I and my son were in town to attend my nephews high school graduation. I highly recommend this property and would definitely visit again!”
