"Pros are the location, parking and beach access. Everything else is lacking. Rooms are dated and not well cleaned. Beds were fine, but soft, rooms were spacious but again the cleanliness was just lacking. We would not stay here again."

"This house was perfect for my family of 15. The pool was a necessity since it was so hot and humid. We used it at least 8 hours per day. The hot tub was also a fantastic benefit. This was our 1st time in the area. Loved everything about it. Would love to come back."

"Incredible Beach House in Dewey Beach, I took 8 of us and we had rooms to spare. The check in details were a little sketchy, but the property was in mgmt transition to Berkshire Hathaway. I can’t say enough nice things about Olivia and the staff at Berkshire. They came over multiple times to address minor concerns. Overall it was a great house, great realtor host and the town of Dewey Beach is as quaint and full of kind people, as there is. I highly recommend this house, even if you don’t need a house this big, reach out to Olivia and the staff at Berkshire Rehoboth Beach, they will find you they perfect place, we plan to keep in touch with them and rent again next year."
