“I can’t say enough good things about The Inn At Warner Hall. The staff, the rooms, the food, the scenery - we spent 3 nights for a getaway and didn’t want to leave. We’re already trying to find the next time we can go for a night!”

“Dirty walls overly painted holes in the walls. Dirty baseboards and never received clean towels and linens they always have stains and spots all over them. Currently pursuing a legal suit regarding this property they make you pay extra past the reservation you book especially if you do third party like Expedia etc. They do not give grace period to check out and will HARASS you until you’re gone. Overpriced and extremely dirty and ran through. Do not book here I beg you”

“The air was cold. Room was pretty clean, except microwave. Very dirty. Bed dipped down on right side a lot. It needed updated furniture that was broken but not a bug in sight!! For the rate it did the job!! Bathroom very clean.”

“Was told room is not available, hotel is booked and that Expedia made the mistake! We had to beg for a room that we had confirmed. We arrived around 9:15 pm and was told checking in had to be done at 4. Never heard you have to be there on a first come first serve basis to stay -plus it was a comfort inn not Quality Inn as stated in Expedia App. Half the building looks like water damage. The AC unit in room is horrible noise and you can’t adjust the Vent. ”

“When I chose this location I chose it bc it stated breakfast is included it is not. There is a Starbucks/cafe area where you can order food however you’re better off going off site for better prices. Room was clean however tv turns on at max volume so you have to hurry up and turn it down. Pool area was clean but water was freezing. ”

“I rarely give such low ratings but the room itself was sub par at best. Dirty floor, and the toilet and shower are in one tiny closet-like area and the sink is in the room. No chance for dressing in privacy if you're traveling with older kids. The room was not touched/serviced for the entire 4 day 3 night stay, including removal of trash. We caught one employee in the hall and gave him our soaking wet towels and asked for fresh ones. Came back to room late afternoon and no towels. When we called……
