「Charlotte at the front desk and the good coffee was the best part of our stay. Checkin time is at 3:00 but our room was not ready. We never got check in until 6:00 without any compensation for our troubles. There were 2 other couples who could not get check in because the rooms had not been cleaned yet and there were no clean towels! 「Very disappointing stay. The bathroom was not clean, and I found an insect in the bathroom. The continental breakfast that was advertised was very poor, with very few options, and I heard several other guests complaining as well.
