"This has to be one of the cleanest hotels i have stayed at. The staff is beyond helpful.. from great places to visit, and great restaurants other then the one on site. And to have the mountains in the brack drop when you walk out the lobby door."

"Hotel Central was the perfect location for our 5 nights in Lucerne. The included breakfast was very well done and plentiful. The convenience of having the refrigerator with provided labels so that we could store some food along with other guests was such a great idea. Additionally, they had a Vending machine for soft drinks wine, beer and then coffee and tea was available 24 hours a day. Lovely quaint hotel would certainly recommend it and stay there again."

Hospitality is a standout feature of this property, with friendly & helpful staff and nice touches everywhere that show their pride in this facility and their attention to your enjoyment. Great breakfast. This hotel has Old World class in a serene setting. Brunnen is a cute village at a quieter end of the lake from touristy Lucerne."
