「The property is ideally located near the chairlifts, they have their own ski/boot room with keys for lockers free from reception. Bar area is nice, restaurant was very good for breakfast. Overall 9/10 (it is pretty warm in the hotel rooms!)」

「Cuando hemos llegado el nivel de limpieza no era adecuado y el colchón del sofá cama donde se suponía que tenían que dormir mis hijos roto y el sofá con manchas. Nos fuimos a otro hotel aunque nos querían dar otro apartamento no lo hemos aceptado porque no nos generó confianza. Aunque sí que en todo el momento se han ofrecido a arreglar la situación y rápidos en la respuesta.」
