"The property overall is very clean and very cozy! Williams Peak is incredibly dog friendly and my dogs loved the dog run right outside. They were also able to go run around and explore the property which was great to tire them out. My husband and I really enjoyed the sauna and hot tub to relax. Dale had everything ready for a seamless experience and we couldn’t have enjoyed it more. The views are stunning and a wonderfully quiet environment if you’re looking for an escape from reality. "Our party included three generations; the youngest member being 9 years old. We had plenty of room, the kitchen was large and fully stocked with appliances, and the beds were warm and comfy. We all appreciated the Christmas tree and decorations. It made our holiday much more festive. But the best part, by far, was the sleds. We had a wonderful Christmas Eve sledding party! My nephew, the 9 year old, sledded everyday and says this was the best Christmas!"

"Our experience was great, the Cabin was lovely and very clean, the beds were comfy and the cabin had everything we needed. The communication with the Host was great as well, answered every question we had and responded quickly. The host provided some sleds which my family took full advantage of and had a great time sledding outside. Small town of Nederland was close by and we were able to grab a bit and also pick up groceries. Definitely will book again if I am ever in town."

"My first bad review ever — We made a reservation through Expedia. We showed up to no one there. No answer on the phone number listed. We contacted Expedia. They could not get in touch with the owners at any number, published or private to Expedia. It took over an hour on the phone with Expedia but they got us another room in another town. Thanks to Expedia we ended up at a much better place. This place is run down looking and old. I would not recommend it."

"This place is absolutely amazing. Hidden in the gorgeous mountains and surrounded by the fragrant picturesque evergreens… it does not disappoint. There is the utmost attention to detail that just puts the icing on the cake. We absolutely loved the treehouse. It is a memory we will never forget, and we hope to come back again soon. (haven’t decided yet if we actually want to share this treasure with the kids or not!) It was worth every penny!"

"We had a wonderful stay. The rental is conveniently located close to the beautiful town of Grand Lake which we love. We had plenty of space and everything was just as described. We had no issues, communication with the host was easy, we hated to leave. Hope to stay again!!!"
