The hotel staff was very polite, friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, our room had an unpleasant odor which I believe was due to mold. Location is convenient, but the property needs to be updated and while updating, install at least 1 ice maker!!!!

Convent location. Cons: phone did not work, no supplies in “kitchen”, one very small bar of soap, no paper towels or Kleenex. , had to use wash cloth to clean up spill, TV offered no stations, had to add $5.99 for streaming on internet but streaming did not work, one light switch at door, had to get out of bed to turn on/off. Faucet in tub leaking badly, no stopper to use tub, no amenities of any kind

The staff was very friendly. Very simple rooms. Amenities were few. No shampoo, only one mirror, no breakfast or coffee, but otherwise very comfortable bed, and very clean.

My check in would have been perfect but the room key didn’t work. After several attempts my room was finally switched it wasn’t properly turned over so I had to do a clean up myself. The staff was great the first was room was immaculate/clean smelled nice. Second room not so much, I’d stay here again.

Check in attendant was very polite and nice I must say. We got to our room and had a live baby roach in the bathroom. Hotel very outdated. Baseboards peeling off the walls, kitchen area walls stained and outdated. Bed linens were clean but the mattress and pillows were so uncomfortable.

Roaches everywhere

This location was absolutely disgusting. The front desk staff were pleasant and professional and the General Manager issued me a full refund. Why might you ask? As soon as I checked in and went into my room within 5 minutes there were roaches crawling on the wall and floor. I killed 5 within 30 seconds and my husband and I High tailed it out of there. No excuse for that.

By far the worst stay I’ve ever had at any property. The room was not inspected beforehand. Obscenities written on bathroom mirror, thumbtacks on the wall, smoke detector covered in bags, roaches, broken TV, dirty bedding. I’m still in shock about this place.
