「The pool only gets sun after 3pm. The hotel is very nice. You need your key to work elevator. Omar & Ivan are the shuttle drivers & are very friendly & full of information. Pool towels can be asked for at reception. Laundry is free to use but you have to book 24 hours in advance. There is a great restaurant within walking on Mexico ave (4 vientos reservation required)」

「This is a lovely hotel and the staff go above and beyond to make it so. Elisabeth, Oscar, and Raul were particularly outstanding in their attentiveness and kindness, but everyone we encountered was great. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was spacious and comfortable and luxurious. 「This place! Amazing, everyone so friendly, air con was wonderful, nice exterior sitting area, every appliance you could wish for and to top it off Denny dishes, we were so impressed. The staff went out of their way to be accommodating, room service three times a week, Oscar and bar staff were amazing and helpful. Shuttle up to town whenever required, beach 11/2 blocks away.
