"Clean and beautiful room, cozy pool, amazing staff. Everything was so nice I could stay whole day in the hotel. It would have been nicer if the restaurant was open but the food court of TRX mall is nearby so not a big deal. Not hotel’s issue, but the roads around the hotel is a little tricky/unfriendly for pedestrians."

Amazing views of the tower (pay for Petronas tower view) but breakfast is only 2* (better to eat elsewhere or buy something to eat). Use Grab for taxi (there is a cash option). Great swimming pool, front desk and apartments with water/dryer and quality bathroom items. Will be my first choice of stay next time I visit KL"

"Excellent house-keeping team. They are Very caring and hard working. Communication with WhatsApp is helpful. Tea bags, coffee and water are provided very day. Room is spacious. There are stoves, oven and some plates. However there is no microwave, blender, dishwasher or some extra pot or pans. There was some kind of unpleasant smell in the washer area. "

"Close to 2 train stations most sites only 2 stops away. Convenience store on premises. Pool lovely to cool off but very hot during day. Breakfast good lots of options but busy when tour group is there..staff lovely. Some food was cold even though we were there at opening. Need to keep lids closed or on heat.
