“Nos molestó mucho la atención y servicio del personal. Mal servicio. Es un hotel que si bien está alejado, notamos que a la mayoría de los huéspedes les cobraban el desayuno. Eso esta muy mal. No hay un café en 20km alrededor y no menos de 15 minutos en auto. El servicio de saunas, y pileta cubierta climatizada tienes que pagar el día siendo huéspedes del hotel. Esto es terrible y de muy mal gusto. Tantas albercas y ninguna climatizada. No es un resort para hospedarse en invierno. ”

“Las habitaciones son frías y la unidad de calor no funcionaba bien. El toallero y el radiados no funcionaba, pese a comprobar que estaba abierto el caudal de agua del circuito interno. Por otro lado, las habitaciones no tienen mantas o equipo nórdico complementario. El resto, bastante positivo. Especialmente el desayuno.”

“We stayed at Opus One Hotel for three nights. The location is excellent—close to the train station and an easy walk to the city center. Our room was spacious, bright, and clean, with a large balcony perfect for relaxing. The host was friendly and very helpful—he provided us with a power adapter we forgot to bring and gave useful tips about local restaurants and shops. However, it’s important to note that this hotel does not meet the expectations of a four-star property. The facilities are……

“Breakfast and staff are great. The hotel has a relaxing atmosphere within the city core. The location is perfect for exploring on foot. The courtyard pool was a nice amenity. Parking was a bit iffy, but we were fortunate to find an empty spot in the free lot immediately behind the hotel. ”
