“Hotel smelled amazing right from the start. Not sure what they are using but I want it for my home. Room was clean and well appointed with microwave, fridge, and sink. Beds were really comfortable. “We were not taken care of vis-a-vis check-in. We had to track down the maid to get some answers. We had to get a key from a neighboring restaurant. We tried to call the front desk, we tried to text and ask for the key code to get into our room and nobody ever responded not even after we checked out. Thank God for the maid Susan. The room was shabby: carpet stained, old sink in bathroom weird old shower head. No office to get ice. Still no contact from office. Very unprofessional.”

“My stay was terrible from the very first day. I arrived at the hotel at 9 PM, and the front desk was closed. I had to call multiple times just to get someone to show up. After finally managing to get into my room (already exhausted) I went to take a shower, only to be met with an unpleasant surprise: one towel was stained with blood, and another smelled foul. I ended up having to dry myself with a face towel. As if that weren't enough, there was no one available at the front desk for checkout at……

“This hotel was amazing! We were the only guests and they let us check in early and check out late which made our trip so much smoother. Lauren was incredibly helpful and left me a wonderful note. I can’t say enough about the view! We had our own seating area on the upper floor and we could watch the ocean and sea birds endlessly. I got up early and walked right across the street to have my breakfast and watch the sun rise over the ocean. Couldn’t have been a better stay! Highly recommend! Hope……

"Amazing service and beautiful grounds, but rooms need an update. The hotel environment is absolutely stunning, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I also loved how functional and convenient the room amenities were—everything we needed was right there. However, I did notice that the facilities are getting a bit dated. If the hotel could invest in some modern upgrades, it would be a 10/10 experience! On a brighter note, the front desk staff were incredible. Their service was top-notch and made our stay truly special. My children and I had an unforgettable time here. Highly recommended for the service alone!"
