「This is an old hotel where you can grab a drink at the beautiful lobby. However, the rooms are old. The bathroom was not clean. The tub had other people's hair. The actual room is just old. The breakfast was not good. 」

「Deanna was an absolutely wonderful host. We had to reschedule our stay from the week before, and she accommodated the change with no issues at all. She went above and beyond to help us navigate the snow and even allowed us to arrive the night before the worst part of the winter storm, which made all the difference.
