“We only booked one week in advance of our trip. Check-in experience was great and staff gave good recommendations for places to eat in Dundee. Pool area was busy but a bonus to have. “It was a clean room. The photos did differ from the actual room. We had no heat on the first night, so that was challenging. However, the next day, Zoe was such a blessing and they were able to fix the heat. She also provided a portable heater in the meantime that they get it fixed.
