「Great location and nice staff」

「The resort was great. We booked through an Expedia agent who made the mistake of not making it all inclusive as requested. Therefore we had to pay extra at the resort when we arrived. Not the resort’s fault but would have been nice if they at least gave us a discount but they did not. 」

「Nice stay but did not rest well due air gap in door causing loud whistling sounds and clanking noise in the ceiling at night. Lady at the guest service counter's said it was due to unusual high winds. Sorry but not an acceptable response. The door should seal. 」

「My wife and I stayed at this property from 6/5/-6/10. First let me say we stayed at this resort 4 years ago when AM resorts ran it. We really loved it back then and were upgrade to the Xhale club during our stay. We usually stay at either a Breathless or some other AM resort like Secrets. Our experience this time was not as good. 「Private, easy access to anywhere. I was disappointed of the person taken 20 of my time to sell me time share and some activities etc. I planned my trip before we got to the resort. In that note i planning everything from expedia including transportation from airport to the resort was very smooth. Thanks you.」
