“MONEY STOLEN!! We stayed for 4 nights total and on our last day there, we noticed $500 was stolen from my wallet. No one else had been inside our hotel room except our family and THE CLEANING STAFF. During our second day there, in the morning when I tried to enter my hotel room, there were two cleaning ladies inside my room, and one of them was at the door, HOLDING THE DOOR SHUT while I used my keycard to try to enter. We specifically asked which restaurant served seafood and lobster in the evening, only to find out later that all lobster dishes came with an additional charge. The breakfast was a buffet, but the variety was quite limited. The only commendable aspect was the staff’s friendly and professional service. “It is a newer hotel in Los Cabos area. The room is spacious and clean. The food are amazing, better than most of all-inclusive hotels. We especially like the food from restaurant UMO, very tasty. The service is good, staffs are very helpful. Before the trip, I read some reviews that the hotel may be noisy due to parties, it didn't happen to us. There was a wedding event near our room corner, and it ended at 10:30 pm per hotel quiet policy. We enjoyed the stay, and will come back next time.”
