“The room is too dark with very few lights.”

“The hotel has major A/C issues. We had to change rooms 3 times until we were offered one that was cooler than the other two. We read reviews later that the A/C is centrally controlled and was not working at all. They claimed they were trying to fix it, but it seems like a regular excuse. The room was 80 degrees and cooled to 78 in the morning. TVs do not work consistently, and one of the rooms' showers had issues and no soap.”

“Cute, family run eclectic hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool, sauna, breakfast, and location to town, the hiking trails, and ski slopes was perfect. Great value. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.”
