"Lovely sized room for the two of us and our dog. Very welcoming to dogs throughout the whole Inn, which was very much appreciated. Comfortable bed, clean room, nice bathroom, shower ok, a little noise from music downstairs, but all went quiet about 10 pm. Nice breakfast and also enjoyed an evening meal too!"

"The room was clesn and comfortable, housekeeping staff were very helpful especially helpful with my wife who was a bit off colour. The general quslity of catering was better than our last. Our last day breakfadt was goid however consistency needs to be maintained. Front of house staff work very hard, especially Nial, & Jenny. As a former auditor i would suggest a visit by a snag fixer and this place would be cracking. Small changes, massive differences."

"Nice stay, staff friendly, clean room, handy for the railway station and football ground, the room I was in was on the top floor whch has a very steep staircase so bear that in mind if you struggle with stairs apart from that I highly recommend this place. Parking is by paying a fee and hotel gives you a parking permit as the streets outside the hotel require a permit. "

Excellent Hotel for visiting the "Fine City"
"Really impressed with this Hotel, only marginally more expensive than a travelodge but free parking until 10pm on Day of departure. Easy walking distance of the City Centre and next to both the Plantation Garden and the Roman Catholic Cathedral. Experience was more of a serviced apartment than a hotel with Fridge, Microwave, crockery and sink in a mini kitchen. Staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. As this is an independent hotel would strongly support to encourage local businesses."
