「Convenient location at great price 」

「The room was clean when we arrived. The king size bed was very hard and the four pillows on the bed were not very comfortable, I wish we would have brought our own. My husband enjoyed the breakfast so that was a plus. I would say the major negative for me was after checking in I received a text from the hotel stating they only service the room every three days so if we need anything I could contact them and they would take care of it which I was completely fine with. 「Everything is great. They are our favorite in TC. However, I think the rooms arw due for a makeover. They seem to be getting a little shoddy. It to be expected in a high turnover area like TC. But the bathrooms are starting to look a little rough.」

「When i had originally booked photos of a hotutb and pool were included. However, at this property they do not have those amenities. Update photos according to the property, not the chain. 」

「The only thing I didn't love were the pillows. Felt like you were falling off of them. 」

「Did not get to the pool. There was crumbs on the bed ledges and the sheets were not on right. Definitely made us uneasy sleeping on them. Didn’t even use the bedding to cover up with brought my own car blanket in cause we felt that uncomfortable.」

「Room was dirty, dirty bandaide next to jacuzzi tub, shower had fried scum on the wall and i was stuck on the side of the rd in a blizzard dang near all night told them i wasnt going to be able to make it back for my second night . Paid for 2 nights $350 dollars to get a dirty rm and be stuck on the side of the rd and no one offered to help in any way no refund no nothing. Ive stayed here multiple times and this one was by far the worst. I will no longer be going back. 」
