「Great staff, good food and clean room. Bed was good too so good sleep」

「The room was lovely. Room 5. It had a refurbishment. It was like staying in a country cottage. It was very clean. Tea/coffee making facilities. Good selection of breakfast you could have. Full english was very tasty. The staff were polite. The bar was a bit pricey along with the food.」

「A well run hotel...very clean room....and stayed on a Sunday evening when no food served so can't comment....but would recommend the hotel and will stay again...staff very helpful and lovely choice of beers at the bar....and shops close by」

「Rooms were clean, staff helpful and, in short, excellent. In house WiFi was weak and intermittent. The rooms looked a little tired but not scruffy. Plenty of parking (except on entertainment night. This wasn't to my taste but was very popular with the larger audience) but there is ample street parking and the road is not busy. Here is an ancient lift which worked faultlessly!」

「Great location. Friendly staff. Good food and drink choices. Site is lovely with lots of space to sit and enjoy scenery. The room was basic, which would have been fine had it not been let down by poor house keeping. Beds and towels were changed and that was it. There was an orange film on shower tray which we scrubbed off. There was a goo under soap the whole time. Glasses which were used and dirt in first day remained in room dirty the whole time. 「Robbie super helpful and friendly ( Batman/ waiter everywhere) Great location on The Rebellion Way cycle , cool room in the heat and very good food - beyond normal pub food We left very early and they made a breakfast to go for us, which was really appreciated Really enjoyable stay」

I didn't like the continental offering, There was however a fridge in the room. We took our dog with us for which we paid 35 pounds there was nothing provided for the dog」

「It was a great stop on the Norfolk coast. The beach was literally down the pathway. The staff were so lovely and friendly and the room had everything we needed in it. 「Great location but hotel tired and in need of upgrade. Staff friendly and work hard but under staffed at breakfast. Booking in at to wait as no one at reception (4 in afternoon) breakfast on second day was a fiasco and people got up and walked out. I am afraid I won’t be returning as it stands」
