“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at Rest Hotel, Da Nang I had a wonderful stay at Rest Hotel and ended up extending my visit because I enjoyed it so much. The reception staff were outstanding always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with any questions or requests. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. A special thank you also goes to the security guard, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and always greeted guests with a smile. Small gestures like……

“This hotel has a lot of potential but unfortunately, right now, the service is very lacking. When we checked in the young man at the front desk told us that we would have a mini fridge with drinks like water/soft drinks and noodles that we could have and pay for when we checked out. Our mini fridge only had water and energy drinks. We were grateful for the water and I attempted to call the front desk to see if I could look at their noodles. After several attempts, one of the five receptionists……

“I really enjoyed my stay in Sujet Center Hotel as i explored Hai Chau and My An. The check in with Quynh was very smooth which I appreciated as I arrived at night from a long travel day. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable, all appliances and amenities worked as advertised. The area felt safe and Security Guard Ngoc was always on duty and friendly. When it was time to check out, J and Quynh were quick and helpful. I would definitely recommend.”

“So the pool was lovely a small afair but enough to exercise in and swim a few strokes. Cool ....so refreshing under cover of solar panels. Repaired some matting while in the pool would have liked a rag to dust around a tiled ledge. Also some tiles need reglueing. (Hope they take note) I have a pool at home so happy to do little repairs so that other guests get the benefit. This was not a 5 star hotel.. it was great value for money and the room though small was comfortable and very clean.……

“The stay was fine. They had room cleaning service daily. The only thing that gave this place a 4 star not a five is that the fridge did not work the entire time. We did tell them about the situation but nothing was done about fixing the mini fridge. When traveling to a hot environment i would like to have a fridge that works to put cold drinks in. But other then that if you are just looking for something decent. This was good enough.”

“This place is infested by bugs. There’s literally 1000s of mites all of the room in and in the beds. All over all of my belongings. I’d my surprised if none of them hitched a ride. No human being should sleep in these conditions. Talking to other people staying here and they said the same thing. The owner should get rid of the beds, call pest control and just start over completely ”
