“Ideal place to stay for a trip to NOLA when you want to explore all that is the French Quarter and experience nightlife on Bourbon St! Make sure if you get a room on the Bourbon St side that you understand where you are… music will be loud and you will hear all the beautiful people outside enjoying themselves well into the wee hours of the morning. But…That’s what you are there to experience! There is a noise machine and they provide ear plugs, but they won’t block out all of the noise, so if……

“My first room had a broken TV and a terrible view to a parking lot although I booked a luxury room. They moved me to another room w a city view but the AC was not working properly….maintenance people came to fix it but it didn’t work .. finally they gave me a fan which helped cooling down the room temperature.. the front desk staff was outstanding but the rooms look poor and the carpet needs replacing .. the restaurants and the lobby is beautiful.. friendly staff !!”
