"I wasn't there on business. I was staying because I had an early morning hospital appointment. The man on the desk took the payment and ordered the taxi that I requested.
He told me where my room was but I couldn't find it, so I came back down to ask him again.
But he stayed through the back and ignored my calls. There is no bell to ring to let anyone know that I was there. A young waiter was walked by and I asked him where it was and he very kindly took me to my room and unlocked the door for me. My room number was 124 but that number isn't on any notices also the door I was meant to go through to find my room had a
PRIVATE notice above it. So naturally one would. Not go where it says private. The man on the desk gets the terrible star but the waiter gets the excellent star. I have stayed in this hotel before and the staff etc.was excellent. "

"Another great night spent at Holiday Inn Express Glasgow airport. So handily situated when you have an early flight. The breakfast was excellent also. The were lovely it’s just a pity they haven’t the power to reintroduce stella Artois beer back to the bar"

"Well maintained room with views of the river Clyde just a few metres away. The only consideration would be that the sides of the bath may prove too high for older or less mobile guests. All food and drink seemed well enjoyed by everyone we spoke to. This proved a very enjoyable break."

"This is a charming hotel with great facilities. It is my third time to stay here and I’ll be back in three months. The pool/spa should be re-opening soon.
Rooms are well appointed and the bed was comfortable.
I think the hotel is terribly under utilised and they could do with marketing. "
