Lovely, welcoming hotel. Staff were brilliant and so helpful and thankfully their English was good because my Japanese is terrible. I stayed here for my first day in Tokyo whilst I got over jet lag and I was very grateful for how clean and quiet the rooms were. Would definitely stay again!
