"The Lakeview Inn is in an excellent location, right on Lake Granbury, close to downtown and resturants. The only negative was our room had a slightly musty smell, but it was clean, updated and well supplied with a TV, coffee pot, microwave and mini-fridge. The staff was courteous and we enjoyed our over night stay at the Lakeview Inn. "

"The AC did not put out cool air and the AC made an awful noise.. made it hard to sleep. The bathroom door did not completely shut and the sink faucets were filthy. The front desk staff was very friendly. Not much of a breakfast, we decided not to eat. It was very minimal selection. "

"Although this is a older establishment, it has been lovingly remodeled and decorated. It is similar to what was once called a 'tourist court' back in the 40s & 50s. But that suits me just fine. It fills the bill for an overnight stay, as long as a person isn't overly picky. I've stayed in fancy places from LA to NYC and metro areas in between, but a little place like this has a nostalgic appeal that hard to beat."

"In all reality, for someone that’s in town just for work, it’s a great place to stay. They clean your room, replace used towels and do your bed. Restrooms a little small, sometimes slightly noisy outside environment due to the place being next to an intersection. But if you’re just looking for a comfortable bed with hot showers, great a/c, cable tv, and parking right in front of your room, all at the best price you can find in Stephenville, this is your place. "I hotel is in poor shape, the door safety latch had half of it missing, the door to the room was bent, the swimming pool was not open nor did it appear it would be anytime soon as if had algae growing in it. The website said free breakfast, there was none. The hotel overall looks rundown"

"This place was amazing. Just what our group of ladies needed for a get-away from the hussel & bussel of life. Enjoyed the quite in the country surroundings. Buddy (the dog) was so friendly. Enjoyed all the animals. Close enough to jot into town for eating & shopping & enjoying the festival that was going on in Grandbury & Glen rose. The place was exceptional----clean, cozy, warming, everything you would want. Will most definately be back & suggested to several friends & family already."

"We very much enjoyed our stay of 2 nights. My 86 mother and I wanted to fish and this rental had easy access to a wonderful dock. Everything we needed was provided and more. The bedrooms are nice, 2 king beds a plus. The only missing upgrade would be in the bathroom in the front of the home. The shower is old and showerhead was way too short for anyone over 5’9. I did not go in the other bathroom so can’t speak to that one."
