"This property was fantastic. A great location close to everything downtown and close to the water. It was very clean and had a TV with lots of channels and options. It had a king size bed with very comfortable flannel sheets, and lots of different pillow options. All of the appliances worked well and were in great shape. The shower was good and all of the furniture was good as well. The host was excellent and I would highly recommend staying here "

"We had a great time! Property is exactly as described, very quiet and peaceful. The host was fantastic and extremely quick to respond to any questions I had!! Beautiful side view of the ocean! It is a 15 min drive to restaurants and other stores so if you want to be closer than that, not the place for you. The only negative I had was during high tide you cannot walk out from the building to the ocean, you have to use a public access which is a little walk. We had chairs and other belongings...

"Awesome location right on the river across from the USS NC Battleship with a balcony and great view from the 9th floor. Situated in a great spot to walk to anything within the downtown area and the Live Oak Pavillion. We will be planning to stay here the next time we visit Wilmington!"

"This townhouse is absolutely beautiful. It looks to be professionally decorated in the industrial style. Great location and very clean. The area is a bit noisy like some had mentioned but didn’t bother us at all. Slept great - the bed was very comfortable."

"Enjoyed our stay at this location. Beautiful views, kitchen had the stuff I needed for cooking. King bed was comfy and the sauna at the facility was working. You may want to warm it up before you plan on using it. We’ll definitely plan on coming back to this location."
