“We had an amazing stay at Ken's. Close to stores, and restaurants. The establishment is new and clean. Looks very modern designed. Comfortable bedding. The check in and out was simple too. The place had a washing machine which also dried! Soo, fancyyy! Amazinggg place!”

“My family and I had been staying there through the New Year week and I would say we've had an amazing experience with the hotel. The apartment, as advertised, was spacious, well facilitated, clean and well maintained. It is also just 2min walk to the nearest train station which is very convenient and the street has several groceries stores and market which we were able to purchase some local groceries for home cooking during the New Year's Day in the hotel when most stores were closed. “There are sanitary issues. I heard and saw rats. There were bunch of trash bags by an entrance. A bathroom had very strong smells. I had to leave there in the second day. The owner didn’t reply and fix problems. ”

“位於JR濱松町站與地鐵芝公園站附近的住宿空間，是我第一次在日本下榻的非飯店型旅宿。整理的體驗感受極佳，房間有浴缸可以泡澡，也有小廚房，空間的規劃與設計還不錯，唯一小可惜的是沒有電梯，但不影響整理的溫暖體驗。附近應該是住宅區很安靜，生活機能方便且距離東京鐵塔不會太遠。”
