「Air conditioning in the room did not work Bit poor as we were in a mini heatwave. Could not use our room from 3pm as it was only just starting to be deep cleaned after having a dog in the room. On the evening we had to wait for two hours for food. Not told that when we ordered. The place was just short staffed and it showed. My partner was told by the manager that our meals would be compensated due to really poor service and presentation. That hasn't happened. The next morning was better....

「An excellent two night stay at a location we hadn't visited for some years. Our dog-friendly room was really clean . Evening meals were good. Breakfast was not included though we think it is provided at other times of the year. There was however a very good cafe and shop next door that served breakfast, coffee and snacks. We will be back to both establishments in the next few months」
