"There was a leak in our room leaving a continuous puddle on the floor, the sink dripped, and carpet was coming up in spots. The staff was amazing. There were angry guest because of 2 large busses taking up the drop off area, they handled it amazingly. The man working the dining area during breakfast was so incredibly sweet. The staff truly made the trip amazing."

Everything was perfect and an awesome location for all shopping and dining! I do think parking should be free as a hotel guest but it was $26 per vehicle - I met my son for Mothers Day weekend so had to $52 extra for us to park. "

"So, they initially put us up in their annex which was really not so pleasant. They most kindly changed our room into the main hotel and that was wonderful - I do find it odd though that after all this time they still do not have an elevator. If you can't handle the stairs, this is no place for you! Still, the folks were most kind, and they even helped us take our bags up and down the stairs. But they really do need to get the elevator up - 6 floors man! "

Very down to earth and personable. we were in town for the birth of our granddaughter, and they even asked to see pictures when we arrived the next evening after she was born. Without hesitation the maintenance man jump in and checked it out. He ended up changing out the old one for a new one. Excellent way to start my stay. Thank you. Everyone was very nice. "
