“Under renovation (which we were informed about the day of our check in). Upon check in, we were told we were lucky because we would be in one of the newly renovated rooms. Unfortunately, they are poorly done in every way. “On arrival, this Indian lady who was seated with another Indian man was terrible, she spoke to us like she owns the whole world. We asked her to show us just the entrance that goes to our rooms but it looks like she was pinned on her chair, only to walk around we met other people outside who were lost looking for their rooms.We were all wandering like headless chicken in felt like we were gonna stay there for free.
