「Didn’t know the place was Haunted and had been on several TV shows due to the paranormal activity! Should have been disclosed during booking 」

「Everything was great. My only complaint is that they don't clean your room daily so we ran out of towels and needed the trash taken out. Other than that my family and I loved it.」

「The staff and everything was excellent, but unfortunately, we were not aware that the hot tub was broken until we got there and it was broken for both days and I even tried to do my Expedia Insurance file a claim but it wouldn’t let me do that. Staff could’ve tried to make it right, but unfortunately, since we went through, Expedia wouldn’t help at all and they couldn’t fix anything because it didn’t work, but we loved the shampoo and conditioner and stuff the pillows were soft everything was...

「The staff were all very friendly and accommodating the room had really nice showers and soaps, but the pull out couch had stains, a rip, and was very uncomfortable to rest on. The room was all so very noisy cars and the mechanical room could be heard the whole night I hardly got rest.」

「On a whole the place was clean however our comforters on both beds had stains and the tub had marks in it. Breakfast was delicious. Biggest downfall for me was the Asian mystic decor above doorways and on surfaces. Will probably not return. 」

「Stayed here twice, both times on weekdays. Rooms are nice, staff is excellent and casino was fun. My only gripe would be no food options for late night people like me. 」

「My only complaint was with Expedia. Paid for a king room, but when we checked in the desk said they only had queen rooms. Was told we would receive a refund as the room was slightly less, but never did.」

「Room was okay. Door to patio stuck slightly open. Bathroom did not have any place to hang towels, except one short rod for a hand towel. Check-in was fast and easy. Gentleman who helped us was efficient and friends. During our two night stay, DeeDee worked the front desk over the weekend. She greeted guests as they entered, asking about their breakfast or their day. Truly a GREAT representative of the hotel. We easily walked to Royals games just across the street. Great location.」

「Hotel portion looks like nothing has been changed or updated since whenever it was built. Every door we passed had missing parts of trim. Our outlets were loose and almost impossible to plug anything into. 」

「It was nice enough for what we needed. The beds were not comfortable for me, and they cut off breakfast too early. Breakfast was pretty bland and very basic, processed eggs and cereal. It was fairly clean. I've stayed in worse places but will try something else next time.」

「Nice setup to the room, clean, polite/helpful staff. Breakfast was plentiful. Overall, great for the price point. If I’m ever back in that area, I will absolutely stay here again!」
