「Room was very clean and breakfast very good. Staff were courteous. What we did not appreciate was the bathroom door lock not working properly. My wife got locked in bathroom. If you closed the door it could not be open from inside or outside. We did manage to get it open but I can Imagine a child or a person alone going into a panic. Also in the room there was no facial tissues which is rather unusual. The 4th floor elevator call button was not working either. Seems like they got problems with...

「The staff was so helpful and very genuine. They made checking in a breeze. I wasn't sure if I needed a few more days and they made the conversation about my lodging needs very easy on me. They helped me figure out exactly what I needed and made it clear that I could just go back up and speak to them if I needed to add more days. The rooms have everything you need and have a very charming touches.」

「This is in a terrible part of town. Property was a mess. No ice machine or any amenities. We were given a coffee machine that had mold in it. We only stayed 1 of the 3 nights of the reservation which made the host angry. He said it was a 5 star hotel and that was charging us for the other 2 nights. I did take out cancellation insurance which made him very unhappy and he hung up on me.」

「There were no coffee makers or microwaves in the room. They were getting new refrigerators but they weren't in yet but for some reason they took out the Best Western refrigerators without waiting for the new ones to come. This hotel is no longer a Best Western, instead it is Spark by Hilton. There is no longer a hot breakfast. Instead they have a bagel bar. The bagel bar was good if you like bagels. Aside from that, there was oatmeal some cereal and a machine that spit out vanilla yogurt....

「This is convenient to I 81 and close enough to small restaurants and store to make easy access and the location itself seems like a secluded fairy cottage. Very nice indeed for a good nights rest.」

「Clean and quiet with nice amenities including A/C and a full size kitchen. One disappointment was the description said 3 bedrooms, so we expected 3 beds not 2 beds and a cot.」
