“I believe this is a Hilton property and it's a disgrace. No updates in decades...property is poorly maintained...the wear and tear is unbelievable. My deadbolt wouldn't lock. I slept with the lights on and didn't dare walk barefoot. I can't even believe that Expedia would list this property.”

“We could not find location in dark and rain. Only given GPS info and no name of hotel or property. Once we arrived guard at guardhouse could not assist as we could not affirm name. When finally able to track down contact info for the vacation property company that listed the rental they had to share hotel front desk info and that’s when we learned name was Windrose On Hudson. Very stressful situation- enjoyed historical location. Great facility, not so great TV/streaming set-up… cable. ”

“This was a perfect location for me while visiting friends and family. The unit was spic and span clean! I felt safe and comfortable during my stay. Matt responded almost immediately to any questions or needs. I would definitely stay here again when back up in Westchester.”

“This house is massive! I opened a door expecting it to be a garage. It wasn't: it was a huge 5th bedroom! It was clean and we really appreciated that the refrigerator was totally empty (we're so used to having other people's condiments left in fridges). We are so appreciative that he allowed our rotten chihuahua-mix join us. Thank you! The owner was so responsive and flexible and the location was ideal. We loved going to First Village Coffee and recommend it.We had so much fun with the foosball……

“This is a small cabin located down a slight hill from the owner's house. They did a wonderful job of clearing out trails behind the property throughout the woods, between cabin and the road. The town of Chappaqua is beautiful and located close by, with any amenities you may need. The cabin is modified from an old stone and log structure and had all the basics you will need for a rustic retreat. Joanne was very friendly and seems to genuinely enjoy seeing guests have a pleasant stay.”

“Beautiful grounds. Rooms are dated. Limited amenities … pool with limited drinks and no food. Only restaurant is Michelin rated so excellent n pricey. Only breakfast is buffet … $29. No microwaves in room. Mile plus walk to anything.”

“The staff was friendly, but the room service options were quite limited. I wanted a tea kettle for my evening tea and was billed $36 dollars for four tea bags (I requested two and a large kettle of hot water).”
