The grounds look very nice and you can tell the owners take pride in their property. We will definitely return in the future. Do not hesitate to book a room at the Village Motel.」

「Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment 1/2 hour from Cooperstown. Modern kitchen with everything needed. Nice park across the street. Parking area a little sketchy. There is AC in most of the apartment (including in one of the three bedrooms) - we were able to use the fan to make it work. Didn’t see any bugs mentioned in previous review (there was an ant trap in the kitchen but we didn’t see any ants.) Check-in was very easy through lockbox for keys. 」

「The house is not clean! Owner states she has a cleaning service, but house had all sorts of bugs, dust and dirt in the bathroom corners and bedrooms. The owners provide a lot of towels, bath cloths, paper towels, toilet tissue, the works. You do not need to bring anything extra. They are Great Hosts!」
