“Fantastic staff!!”

“We were in room 105 and the walls were very thin. It seemed like both beds were on either side of the wall. The people in room 106 were talking the entire night and we could hear everything.”

“We got there before normal check in and had to wait as they inspected the room. They said it was ready but didn’t they didn’t discover most of the lights didn’t work, tge room clock didn’t work or the power outlets around the bed didn’t work. When I reported the problem they made us sit in the lobby for an hour to report they couldn’t fix it and had no other room nor even discount the price because of the inconvenience. We were only there a few nights so tolerated the lumpy bed,……

“Second time to choose this place”

“I’ve stayed in about 10 hotels while traveling in the last month, always choosing the cheapest one with a good rating. Out of those 10, this one seemed like the poorest value (though of course prices fluctuate by region). The key things (sheets, toilet, sink) were very clean, but other areas of the room had some crumbs, food splatters, dirt (nothing that made me feel uncomfortable staying there though). The breakfast was only bagel, muffin, and coffee (that’s the full list).”

“The hotel room was super clean and when we walked into the hotel and our room had a nice fresh smell without a masking chemical smell and it was excellent thank you very much!”

“Harry was such a pleasure to work things out with; I had planned a trip and ended up rather late on it, but had zero issues with communicating and getting the whole thing sorted. Great vibes and very reminiscent of farmland across the country. Be AWARE that the bathroom situation is as it is written: The outhouse is the sole bathroom, and it is very clean with modern seating arrangements, but just like a classic outhouse, it does not have running water. “Paul and his staff couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful! Lovely old stately home converted to BnB, with delightful breakfast next day. The suites are large and very comfortable and just dripping with classic furnishings appropriate to a late 19th century stately home.”

“The house was spotless, the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and more than enough towels were provided. It was everything we needed for our stay and Kim was quick to answer any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again. ”
