"All in one hotel. Free car parking, buffet dinner and breakfast was great, beautiful views of Lake Toya, onsite onsen, friendly staff. Room was clean. Would recommend and also return."

"Great location a little bit outside of Lake Toya, the property is beautiful and well kept and a short walk from the lake. The highlight was the onsen which was super relaxing and the other amenities such as projector , coffee , tatami rooms are just a cherry on top , highly recommended!"

"One air conditioner is not enough for summer time. It’s very hot at night and tgere are many bugs at the 1st floor. Lastly the mattress is too soft and we can’t sleep well. But the view is fantastic."

"広くて遊び道具が充実しており、子どもたちもとても喜んでおりました。テントサウナも盛り上がりました。バーベキューセットも一通り揃っているようなので、今度は暖かい時期に利用したいと思います。 食器類やタオルなど、すべて揃っているので快適に過ごせました。細かいところになりますが、コーヒーミルが付いているという事前情報だったので、豆を持って行ったのですがミルが見当たらなかったのが少し残念でした。またフライ返しがなかったので目玉焼きを焼くのに苦労しまし。"
