"Our stay were was fine. The king beds were comfy, the unit was comfortable and we had plenty of room for the 5 of us. "We come in every year for the holidays to visit family. It is a great location with access to Balboa and Newport. It is right in between the bay and the coastline. Fair warning the interior doors are not solid so if you need quiet for littles to nap this may not be the place for you. The attached patio is nice to sit and enjoy the gorgeous weather."
